I try so my best to patronize good businesses and especially our Black owned, I just can't accept poor attitude. I ordered on online and drove up to the window. The older lady opens the window and state that she did not get my order (tone). I responded with "I ordered online. She proceeds to explain that something was going on with the system, which was no problem she confirmed my ordered and within 3 minutes my food was ready. Great! but when she handed me my ordered her tone was not friendly and to top it off when I got back to my area my food was not cooked completely through. I could not eat, and I should have asked for my money back. But instead, I will not order again.
I’ve been coming here for years it’s been about 6-7 months since I last had it my girl wanted me to bring her lunch and I was raving about this fish it was a bad $30 to spend smh fish was super small seems like it had been fried earlier and kept under a light or something not fresh at all I asked for tater sauce for my girls shirt they don’t have it asked for an extra tartar sauce to be told that’s $1.35 ! WTH and then to get to eating and see the ketchup was a corner and we paid $ 30 for old fish and old fries service was not great either I’m so disappointed now I have to go get my fish fix at home or else where I used to come here a couple times a week I guess there’s a reason I haven’t been there smh
I have patronized, this establishment since the early 2000's.There is a young lady that has been working there the last several times I have placed an order. Her disposition is horrible, and it seems to be rubbing off on the younger man. He made sure to advise me, he couldn't tell me how long it would take for the order to be done. He was not the cook, and he was new. I asked him if he could ask, how long it would be for the order to be ready, as I called it in a mere 30 minutes to allow the food to be ready, when we arrived. We sat outside the establishment for about 30 additional minutes. This place use to have the best fish, and tartar sauce. The tartar sauce use to be great, tonight it tasted like sandwich spread. It WAS the whole kit and caboodle. Tonight I spent $90.+ dollars for a 20 piece fillet, with extra tartar sauce. This is now a place, I will probably never frequent again. Customer service will continue to take your business far, without that one ingredient you will fail. I wish your business success, please start with the help!! To far gone!!
Ridiculous prices, they give you small pieces of fish, no hush puppies, no pickles, no peppers. I will never ever go back. You have been warned not enough fish for your bucks. Sorry not sorry!!!!! Do better, you've been around long enough. Train on Customer Service!!!! It can make & break your business... Trust & Believe me...
It was my first time here, I waited 20 minutes at the intercom for no one to assist or acknowledge me. I tried to go inside but the door was locked. There was only one car in the parking lot and 4 workers in the establishment, they weren’t busy. I well not be returning. I went up the street to 3D Daquiri , the food was great there as well as the service.
